Three ways to deal with a breaking
Not all relationships have a happy ending. In the real world, people are made to go through a number of heart breaks before finding the ideal partner. Though this is a known fact, many people have problems in dealing with a break up. Here are some tips that help cope with a break up and move on.
- Photographs: When you are in a relationship at some point, you would have taken some pictures with your ex. When you break up, the first you should do is to destroy them. There are chances that your new found love will discover them at some point. Don't let your old love break your current lover's heart.
- Music: Turn off the blues. Sad love songs should be deleted from every playlist you listen to. They deepen the pain you already have from the breakup. Switch to mood elevating merry songs.
- Movies: you may have spent a lot of free time with your lover. When you break up, you need to invest this time doing something you like. It is a good idea to watch movies during your free time. But avoid watching romances and movies with a negative ending. Watch comedies instead and laugh away your breakup blues.
Catch up with old friends: When you are in a relationship, it is likely that you hardly got any time for friends. A break up may be the best time to catch up with old friends and have a good time doing things that you enjoy. But avoid talking to them about your ex or your break up. It may become a never ending conversation.
